In Nordkraut’s Kimchi workshop, we ferment white cabbage, vegetables included in the recipe and Korean Gochugaru chili. We make kimchi in a glass container, but if you have your own Nordkraut fermentation pot, bring it with you. If you wish, you can also purchase it in advance from NK’s online store, in which case the pot will be waiting on site. In the approximately 2-hour workshop, we take a look at the history of kimchi and the main principles of fermentation. In addition, we prepare our own kimchi, which everyone gets when they go home.
